Essential equipment for Nepal trekking. You can make necessary amendments to our checklist as per your need and convenience. In case, you couldn’t get any of the following listed items also can purchase in Kathmandu.

Keep your luggage as light as possible for a convenient travel. A porter is available for two people who will carry up to 25 kg.

Below is the checklist of equipment you need for the trek.

GENERAL:

  • Duffel or Rucksack bag:

HEAD:

  • Sun hat or scarf
  • Light balaclava or warm fleece hat
  • Sunglasses with UV protection

FEET

  • Thin, lightweight inner socks
  • Thick, warm wool hiking socks
  • Hiking boots with spare laces
  • Camp shoes (sneakers and/or sandals)
  • Gaiters for hiking in winter

HANDS:

  • Lightweight gloves
  • Heavyweight gloves or mittens
  • With a waterproof shell outer

LOWER BODY:

  • Light and expedition weight thermal bottoms
  • Fleece or wool pants (seasonal)
