Detail Itinerary
Day 01 - Arrival at Kathmandu
Once you arrive at airport, you will be welcomed by our staff and will help you to transfer to your hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02 - Kathmandu Valley Sight Seeing Tour
On this day, we will be sightseeing the Kathmandu Valley, mainly the cultural heritages site and religious temples. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 03 - Kathmandu to Pokhara (910m/2985ft), Duration: 6 hours
We will drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara. On the way, you can see the beautiful landscapes and we will drive along the meandering river by the highway. Approximately after 6 hours, we will reach Pokhara. Overnight stay at hotel in Pokhara.
Day 04 - Pokhara to Kagbeni, Duration: 8 hours
We will drive from Pokhara passing down the winding roads of the hills. We can see many small markets and villages on the way. As trail ascends to Jomsom, we can see the beautiful green landscape. Moving further, we will find the bare and dry mountains leading us to Kagbeni. Kagbeni is the gateway to Upper Mustang, Kali Gandaki River following down the valley. Overnight stay at guesthouse.
Day 05 - Kagbeni to Charang (Tsarang), (3500m/11482ft)
As we continue our drive, we will head to Charang, journey of white hill. Driving further, we can view beautiful landscapes and many small passes finally reaching Charang. Overnight stay at guesthouse.
Day 06 - Charang – Hike to the Luri Cave – return
We will start our hike to Luri Cave. Luri Cave is also known as Luri Gompa which lies in the desert east of Lo-Manthang. Luri Cave contains some of the earliest and beautiful Buddhist mural paintings. After exploring the cave, we will head back to Charang. Overnight stay at guesthouse.
Day 07 - Charang to Lo Manthang - 3600m/13 km
Today, we will drive to Capital of Mustang, Lo-Manthang which is also called the city of walls. Before reaching Lo-Manthang, you will view beautiful badland and passes from where you can find a amazing view of all city. Upon arrival at Lo-Manthang, you can see the Tibetan Buddhist custom and tradition. Overnight stay at guesthouse.
Day 08 - Explore the Chosar Village
We will drive to Chosar Village where we can see the mysterious Chosar caves and Nyphu Gompa. We will return back to Charang and stay overnight at guesthouse.
Day 09 - Trek to Ghar Gompa – Return to Charang
We will start our hike from Charang to oldest monastery Ghar Gompa in Mustang. The trail ascend to Ghar Gompa as we pass the settlement of Lo Gekar. We can find many carvings and plater wheels on the side of Ghar Gompa. After looking around Ghar Gompa, we will trek back to Charang. Overnight at guesthouse.
Day 10 - Charang to Chhusang
After having breakfast, we will drive from Charang to Chhusang. On the way, we can see colorful hills and deserted terrain. At Chhusang, we can see cliffs with spotted cave dwellings and three different hamlets. Overnight stay at the guesthouse.
Day 11 - Chhusang to Muktinath
We will drive from Chhusang to holy place Muktinath. We can see sparse plants and bare hills on travel. The trails descend to Muktinath passing Jarkot Monastery. Muktinath is the sacred place for both Hindus and Buddhists. Overnight stay at guesthouse in Muktinath.
Day 12 - Muktinath to Pokhara, Duration: 8 hours
We will drive back to Pokhara from Muktinath moving descend via Tatopani, Beni. It takes around 8 hours. Overnight stay at hotel in Pokhara.
Day 13 - Pokhara to Kathmandu
We will drive to Kathmandu from Pokhara with the wonderful memories and experiences. Overnight stay at hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 14 - Farewell
Our staff will drop you to the Kathmandu International Airport for your departure for your next destination.
